Remaining closed while I sort out shipment issues: it seems our improved printer toner for new labels has been producing "blobby" or unscannable bar codes on shipping labels which were rejected or held by Can.Post and Fedex depot locations (although both have been scanning/accepting for official pickup from my home). I've reprinted the bar codes and courier email confirming this and attached to effected packages, which have now been reshipped. I'm currently preparing recent orders for pickup tomorrow but need more time to determine if other shipped orders require attention. Thank you as always for your patience - all shipped orders will now include two bar codes on each package, in case the first is deemed insufficient by our shipping companies.
