We wanted to give an update/explanation here for why the heck your orders are taking so long to process, and why the store is closed! We have had a massive shipping setback, where a ton of packages were detained at customs, and we were not notified. Had we been, we would not have launched the new store, had a release, and had a sale. So, we decided to replace the lost orders first, in the order they were purchased, before getting to the new site orders. This is definitely not how we wanted our new site launch to go... But alas, here we are!
We know that the wait time is way over what is expected, and we do take full responsibility. We would love the chance to still send your products, but if you prefer to cancel your order we understand that too.
